In order for you to be able to access DeskControl, you must first have a mailbox with a web hosting provider that offers this product. To find out whether your web hosting provider is able to offer you DeskControl with your mailbox, please contact our Sales & Service Team on 1800 55 85 88 (ext. '2' for Sales).
DeskControl can be enabled for mailbox users via the Mission Control panel by following these steps:

Select 'Add Component', then 'Add Component' from the left-hand menu |

Click on 'Add/Configure DeskControl' |
|
Select which people will be the Systems Administrator and HR Manager |

Save |

Login to DeskControl at https://dc-au.server-secure.com/ using your Mission Control mailbox username (e.g. mb36839@air1asia.com or jane@air1asia.com) and password. |
N.B. DeskControl requires Internet Explorer 5.5 (or above) or Netscape 6.x with JavaScript enabled.
